All Plans Include
The basics are not an upsell. Every plan gets the same controls, the same data handling, and the same right to run the AI in review-only mode for as long as you want.
What no plan includes
None of these plans lodge a BAS, IAS, or tax return, sign off on a set of accounts, or provide tax advice. The AI prepares the admin and hands your registered agent a reviewable file. Compliance and professional judgement stay with the human whose TPB registration is on the line — that is a deliberate design decision, not a roadmap item.
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything Australian practices ask us before they connect their first ledger.
A document is any source item the AI reads and processes end to end — a supplier invoice, a receipt, a statement, or a bill. Coding suggestions, duplicate checks, and approval routing on that document are all included; you are not charged again each time it moves through a step. Bank lines pre-matched during reconciliation prep are not counted as documents.
Processing continues without interruption — we do not stop work in the middle of a BAS period. Overage is billed at $0.60 per document on the Starter plan and $0.35 per document on the Practice plan. The Firm plan has no document limit. If you are consistently over, we will tell you and move you to the plan that costs you less.
Per practice. Plans are sized by the number of client ledgers you connect and the volume of documents you process, not by seats. Everyone in your firm who needs access gets it — bookkeepers, client managers, and partners — at no extra per-user cost.
No. Every plan can run in review-only mode indefinitely, where the AI proposes and a human posts. Most firms start there, watch the suggestions for a few weeks, then progressively enable auto-posting for the categories the AI has proven itself on — such as recurring utilities from known suppliers under a dollar threshold you set.
No, and it never will. The AI prepares the admin in front of a lodgement — chasing documents, coding transactions, flagging inconsistent GST treatment, and assembling the working papers. Review, professional judgement, sign-off, and lodgement remain entirely with your TPB-registered tax or BAS agent.
Connecting a ledger takes minutes through the provider standard authorisation flow. The AI then reviews your coding history to learn your chart of accounts and per-supplier conventions before it makes its first suggestion. Most practices are reviewing useful suggestions within the first week and have their guardrails tuned within the first month.
Yes, up or down, at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle. Your coding history, rules, and guardrails carry across, so you never retrain the AI because your plan changed.
Client data is encrypted in transit and at rest, handled under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, and processed solely to deliver the service to your firm. It is never sold, and it is never used to train models for other customers. Full detail is in our privacy policy.
Not Sure Which Plan Fits?
Tell us how many client ledgers you run and roughly how many supplier invoices you process a month, and we will tell you which plan costs you least — including if that is the cheapest one.
